BKV focuses on U.S. onshore natural gas production. Earnings for the third quarter are due Nov. 10. In the second quarter, BKV earned 39 cents a share, a dramatic turnaround from a new loss of 26 cents in the year-ago period. Sales soared 136% to $322 million.
