Jon Stewart has reportedly signed with CBS for another year of hosting The Daily Show. Stewart will remain executive producer for the series on Comedy Central through December 2026. This move comes just months after Paramount announced its intention to take Colbert’s “Late Show” off-air next year.

Emmy-winning host Jon Stewart is officially remaining as host for "The Daily Show" through the next year. Paramount announced the new Monday, extending Stewart's contract through December 2026. Stewart will continue to host Comedy Central's satirical late-night show on Mondays and serve as an executive producer.
