Ohio's Republican-led redistricting commission has unveiled a new U.S. House map that could give Republicans a chance to win two more seats in next year's elections

Tennessee-based SmokyMountains.com created an interactive map where travelers can track fall foliage in the U.S. Here's this weekend's outlook.

"This has the potential to be the most significant period of cold we have seen so far this fall," one meteorologist told Newsweek.

Republicans and Democrats are scrambling across the country to revisit the maps and district lines that will shape the political battles ahead in the midterms.

Ohio’s redistricting commission passed a Republican-favored map unanimously Friday as onlookers jeered and yelled that lawmakers “sold” them out. The new map could grant Republicans two more House seats as the national redistricting battle continues.

The U.S. conducts several intercontinental ballistic missile test launches each year to maintain its nuclear deterrent.
