APA Missouri breaks ground on $27M campus in St. Louis County

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The APA of Missouri broke ground on its second location on Wednesday in north St. Louis County. The new facility will be located in the 11000 block of Benham Road.
