A motorcyclist was seriously hurt Sunday during a crash in Manchester, police said. According to a news release, at 1:59 p.m. on Sunday, Manchester officers responded to the area of Grant Road and Hartland Road for a report of a motorcyclist lying in the roadway.

An alleged impaired driver has been charged after colliding with a police cruiser that was en route to a call in Pickering.
